These resources supplement ADS 201.3.5.6. The first provides an overview of performance indicator requirements and outlines practical steps and considerations for selecting performance indicators. The second provides a set of criteria against which to compare indicators when selecting performance indicators for measuring expected outputs and outcomes of strategies, projects, or activities.
The primary audience includes CORs/AORs/GATRs, Project Managers, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists, and Activity Managers.
