Description
This resource is part of the Knowledge Retention and Transfer (KRT) Toolkit. In addition to the Handover Memo, use this template to conduct exit interviews for departing staff. If the organization/office/team has many staff departing at the same time, you could facilitate the interview as a group discussion. You are encouraged to have a note taker or record (voice or video) the exchange to capture the knowledge and information shared. This resource is intended for use by USAID staff, implementing partners, and development professionals.
