Description
Alps is the Accountability, Learning, and Planning System of ActionAid International. Alps is a framework that sets out the key accountability requirements, guidelines and processes in ActionAid International, not only in terms of organisational processes for planning, monitoring, strategy formulation, learning, reviews and audit, but also in terms of personal attitudes and behaviours.
Alps defines our standards, not only about what we do but also how we do it. Alps requires processes and ways of working that are crucial to supporting and strengthening ActionAid’s rights-based work.
