Using Theory of Change for Adaptation, Learning and Validation: An Evidence-Based Management Approach

The TOPS funded Theory of Change Adaptation, Learning, and Validation project, led by ACDI/VOCA, is hosting a live feedback session on a newly developed draft guidance document focused on strategies for implementing a Theory of Change approach throughout a development projects' life cycle utilizing evidence for improved project management and impact. We are pleased to invite the development community to share their thoughts and recommendations regarding this guidance document. The session will be streamed, on-line (https://acdivoca.adobeconnect.com/talv/) and will begin with a brief summary of key ToC validation techniques and tools and then the floor will be opened to questions and feedback on the document.
