Who should attend?

Evaluators, applied researchers, grantmakers, foundation program officers, nonprofit administrators, social science students, you! Sessions are filled on a first-come basis. 

What is the format?

Three keynote addresses, five rotations of three-hour and forty-minute training sessions, plus two group lunches to allow for networking among conference attendees. 

Who is presenting?

Experts who have conducted evaluations in a variety of settings, nationally known authors, those working on the cutting edge, evaluation experts and outstanding trainers.

What will I learn?

You choose! Topics range from Qualitative and Quantitative Analyses; to Project Management, Logic Modeling, Reporting, Theory to Practice, Cultural Competence, and more. 

What is TEI?

AEA and TEI (The Evaluators’ Institute) are collaborating this year to bring one of their workshops to the AEA Summer Institute at the special rate of $480 (regularly $600). The full day workshop is titled Culture and Evaluation. TEI has been a provider of high-quality courses in evaluation for working professionals since 1996.
