About the Event

The YP2LE Youth Systems Strengthening (YSS) Community of Practice (CoP) is bringing much-needed attention to mental health systems and their impact on young people.

Guest speakers for this interactive and engaging webinar include: 

  • Nicola Chehade, Senior Specialist, Mental Health and Inclusion at Making Cents International, a Washington, D.C.-based international development consulting firm that fosters human potential and promotes economic opportunity around the globe. 

  • Francesca Raoelison, Executive Director at OMENA, a youth-led, and youth-centered organization that is breaking the cycle of emotional abuse in Madagascar through training, preventive evidence-based social-emotional education, and community support.

Presented by USAID's YouthPower 2: Learning and Evaluation Activity, the Youth Systems Strengthening (YSS) Community of Practice (CoP) serves youth, practitioners in youth-led and youth-serving organizations, and others in advancing comprehensive systems change to improve the lives of young people.
